You can permanently delete your Leadly account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. This page explains the steps and — precisely — what is deleted and what may remain.
1. Sign in and open Settings. 2. Choose "Delete account." 3. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cannot be undone, and we cannot recover the data afterward.
If you can't sign in (for example, a forgotten password on a lost email), first try the password reset on the login page; if you still can't get in, email [email protected] from any address with details that let us confirm the account is yours, and we will help.
Deleting your account removes your login and profile, your job posts, your applications, your conversations and messages, saved leads and clients, outreach history, and support requests associated with your account.
• Security logs (sign-in events including email, IP address, and browser type) — retained to detect account attacks and fraud.
• Moderation and audit records — retained for accountability of enforcement decisions and dispute resolution.
• Anonymous analytics (random visitor id, page paths, coarse device, country) — these do not identify you.
• Newsletter subscription — managed separately; email us to unsubscribe or be removed.
• Copies delivered to other users — messages you sent were delivered like email; deletion does not recall them from the recipient's view.
• Uploaded photo files may persist in storage after deletion — email us and we will remove them.
• Backup copies may persist until routinely overwritten, and records may be kept where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
We do not promise a specific processing timeframe beyond the immediate deletion described above. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
A parent or legal guardian can request closure of their teen's account and review or deletion of its information by emailing [email protected]. See the Parent & Guardian Guide.
