Delete your Leadly account.
You can permanently delete your Leadly account and the data attached to it. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to be signed in — just confirm you own the email address on the account.
How to request deletion
- Enter your account emailType the email address you use to sign in to Leadly in the form below.
- We email you a confirmation linkThis proves the account is yours. The link expires after 24 hours, and nothing is deleted until you use it.
- Click the link to queue deletionYour account is then scheduled for permanent deletion. You'll get an email confirming it's queued.
What gets deleted
Once you confirm, the following are permanently deleted within 30 days:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile, including your name and any contact details you added
- Your messages and conversations
- Your job posts
- Your applications
Records we are legally required to keep — for example limited security logs and records of moderation decisions — are retained no longer than required, then deleted. Job posts you created are anonymised rather than removed outright where other people have already applied to them, so their own records stay intact; nothing you wrote remains.
Already signed in?
You can delete your account immediately from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. That route does not wait 30 days.
