You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This page explains how. There is currently no self-serve data-download button — requests are fulfilled manually by a human.
• Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about your account.
• Correction: fixing inaccurate profile or account information (most profile fields you can edit yourself in Settings).
• Deletion: removal of your account and data — fastest done yourself via Account Deletion; we can also process it by request.
• California minors: removal of content you posted, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Request", say which request you're making (access, correction, or deletion), and send it from the email address on your Leadly account — that's how we confirm the request is really yours. If you can't use your account email, tell us, and we'll ask for other details that reasonably confirm your identity before acting. Parents or guardians requesting on behalf of their teen should say so.
We respond to every verified request. We don't promise a specific turnaround time, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Even after deletion, certain records may remain where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance — the specifics are listed on the Account Deletion page and in the Privacy Policy.
