Business Verification Policy

What this means

No user, employer, or business on Leadly has been identity-checked, background-checked, licensed-checked, or otherwise vetted by Leadly. A business name on a profile is self-entered and unconfirmed. Treat every listing and every message as coming from someone whose identity you have not confirmed, and evaluate them yourself using the Teen Safety Guide and Scam Prevention Guide.

If someone claims to be verified

Any claim that Leadly has "verified" an account, business, or job is false, and pretending to be verified is a violation of the Community Guidelines that can lead to removal and a ban. Report it with the in-app Report button or email [email protected].

If verification is introduced later

If Leadly adds a verification feature in the future, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what is checked, how review works (automated, manual, or both), how approval, denial, re-verification, and badge removal work, and — just as importantly — what a badge would NOT guarantee: honesty, safety, legal compliance, ability to pay, quality of work, future behavior, or suitability for minors. No badge can guarantee those things, and this page will never claim otherwise.
