About Leadly

Leadly is an AI-powered platform helping teens, students, and young adults find local part-time jobs, internships, seasonal work, and entry-level opportunities — built around safe, in-app-only contact.

What Leadly is

Leadly helps young people find real work near them: babysitting, dog walking, lawn care, tutoring, retail and restaurant shifts, seasonal roles, and other first jobs. Enter your ZIP or postal code and Leadly shows opportunities sorted by proximity; you apply with a short message and talk to the poster entirely in-app. Neighbors and businesses use the same platform to post work and hire young talent, and freelancers can use Leadly's AI tools to discover nearby businesses that need their skills.

Live job search currently covers the United States (ZIP codes) and Canada (postal codes). Leadly is designed as a global platform, with expansion planned across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and much of Europe, Singapore, and the UAE.

Who builds it

Leadly was founded and is built by Radin Abadigar. The product exists because finding a first job is still absurdly hard for the people who need it most — teens and students with no network, no résumé, and no safe way to reach the work that's genuinely nearby. Radin also writes the guides on the Leadly blog.

What we commit to

Unsafe work is blocked

Job categories that aren't appropriate for young people — like alcohol, weapons, gambling, and hazardous work — are blocked platform-wide, and new listings are screened automatically.

Contact stays in-app

Applications and conversations happen inside Leadly. Phone numbers and emails are never public, and messages that look like payment scams trigger automatic warnings.

Applying is always free

No seeker ever pays to apply. Anyone asking a young person for money, bank details, or documents to “get hired” violates our rules and can be reported for human review.

Local first

Jobs are shown by real proximity to your ZIP or postal code, because a first job you can actually get to is worth more than a thousand listings you can't.
